Mike didn’t expect his bike to become a target, but living without off-street parking meant his Royal Enfield was always exposed. Like many riders in urban areas, he did everything right: layering security, choosing reputable locks, and adding visible deterrents.
On Friday, 17 April, Mike’s motorcycle, valued at around £2,800, was targeted in an attempted theft in Bristol between 12:00pm - 6:00am.
“Last weekend thieves attempted to steal my Royal Enfield Meteor 350. Unfortunately I have nowhere to park it but in the road.”
