Make sure to put it through the chainstay. Thieves won't want to carry a bike, especially an ebike.

I have 2 of these mounts, on each e-bike one. Saves me an additional Lock because I can mount it on every bike.

Great Little Mount for Storing your Lite Lock so you dont have to have a Havasack to Transport it about as it just clips onto your frame either hangs from the top Tube or on the upright that Connects to your Seat pole then a Simple Unclick from Holder to Lock it up then clip it back in when Finished and it keeps it in Place when riding No Problem

I was looking for a grinder resistant bike lock and after trying another brand and returning it due to it being heavier than advertised I discovered the Litelock website and ordered the X1 and tactical Mount. The lock is excellent quality and feels solid. It is exactly as described, and perfect for my needs. The matt finish feels premium and helps protect my bike against scratches. The lock is easy to operate and has a protective rubber cover to prevent dust and grime entering the keyhole. The lock is robust and looks like it will take a drop should an accident happen. It comes with a protective cloth bag which is useful when carrying the lock in a rucksack should you not want to use the tactical bike mount. I am also pleased to see it is manufactured in the UK. I would highly recommend this bike lock and would purchase another.

This holster feels like good quality and designed well. But it couldn’t fit anywhere comfortably on my ghostcat e-bike.
I tried to return it but they charge $20 to return so it wasn’t worth it.
It does seem like a great option if you have a bit of space in your bike

The mounting system is not designed for complex, chunky folding e-bikes, yet my Lextric xp4 is expensive enough it HAD to have an angle grinder resistant U-lock, after some Mcgivering I managed to find a spot with enough space to attach the holder and the U-lock, it's not perfect and I have to twist the whole holder away to attach-detach the U-lock and twist it back in place so mu foot doesn't touch the thing when pedaling, pretty sure this isn't how it is meant to work. But it works

I bought my X1 a year or two back with the old mount. This rattled in a very annoying way if on a surface that was at all rough. Also, with time, the lock kept slipping sideways, which was also very irritating. I invested in the new mount which is excellent - completely quiet whatever the surface and no slippage. Well done Litelok! So, if you have the old mount, don't hesitate to invest in this upgrade.
