LITELOK X1 Saves Police Officer's Bike #9
Tom got in touch with us to share his story on the angle grinder attempt on his LITELOK X1.
"I happen to be a police officer in Operation Venice - a specialist robbery team in the Metropolitan Police and I heard about the Litelok through one of our internal forums where we discussed which locks stand up to the most rigorous testing. After hearing about this and seeing how competitively priced they were, I purchased a Litelok X1 for personal use.
I was glad I did, as within only a few days of receiving the lock, someone tried to steal my bike with an angle grinder from outside my flat. Thankfully they were unsuccessful and the bike was still locked firmly to the bike rack when I found it in the morning.
I just wanted to let you know that I am grateful for the product and I have basically told everyone I see with a bike about your product since then and will continue to do so."
