LITELOK X3 Saves KTM Duke 390 in Croydon #26

Nadia reached out to our team to share a troubling experience regarding an attempted theft of her £3500 KTM Duke 390 in Croydon. This alarming incident occurred in a private gated car park over the weekend, specifically between Friday at 9 PM and Monday at 3 PM. "I locked up my bike Friday evening in my car park, and when I came back to it Monday afternoon, I saw the cover was off. I immediately looked at the locks," she recounted.

Upon inspection, Nadia quickly realized that the would-be thieves had specifically targeted her LITELOK X3. Their intentions were clear as they attempted to start the bike; unfortunately, this resulted in damage to the ignition barrel and the fuel tank. It was evident that they had come prepared, trying to breach the various layers of security she had set in place.

Nadia noticed the would be thieves targeted the X3, and had tried to get it started as the ignition barrel and tank was also damaged.

"It was locked with X1, X3, mammoth chain (Gold Standard Sold Secure) and an Oxford boss chain and disc lock"
The LITELOK X Moto range is Sold Secure Powered Cycle Diamond, and is ART 4 accredited.
In conclusion, Nadia's experience with the attempted theft of her £3500 KTM Duke 390 serves as a sobering reminder of the ever-present threat of bike theft, even in private and seemingly secure locations.
