I have always hated lock mounts until now. They always either broke or wobbled too much. This one is rock solid. The lock fits snuggly and there is no movement in the mount. Highly recommended.

Having used a number of different D locks and respective mounts for my bike I can state with confidence that this one ticks all the boxes. Very secure with no rattle at any speed and the twist to fit and unfit the X1 lock is a fantastic design feature. Well done Litelok!

I purchased this for a Step-Through ebike which has limited options for screw mounts. So I really appreciate the flexibility of the tactical mount as I was able to run it around the side of the rear cargo/frame while maintaining a strong and sturdy hold of the Litelok X1. The only things I'd love to see for this is an option for security hex screws for the mount itself and a longer option for the the zip-tie portion of the mounting system. (For more mounting options on larger circumference frames like with ebikes)

Great addition to the Litelok X1 as it makes carrying the lock so much easier. Just attach the mount to your bike and place the lock in its jaws and everything is then secured and you can get on with your ride knowing that when you arrive at your destination the lock is there to secure your bike. A very worthwhile piece of equipment.

This is one of the simplest and most secure lock mounts I've seen , saying that I've not been able to use it on my Ebike because of the large integrated battery being in the way of the lock . But it's ok because I have pinion bags that the lock will fit in very nicely. Plus I do plan on getting a second lock for my wife for her bike and I will just use the mount on hers.

A little confusing on the instructional video as you can see bugger all however after fitting employing common sense, once fitted & locked down to your bike's frame the mount is going nowhere.

It was easy to fit on my bike and holds the lock very firmly. Can quickly release the lock for use. A cleverly designed piece of kit.

The twist mount the lock came with is well thought out and easy to use, but necessarily not rock solid, and after a few months it became floppy enough that I wanted something really rigidly secure for my big heavy lock.
The tactical mount takes more mental effort and physical dexterity when placing and removing the lock, but once it's in it's clamped in solidly. It is, as they say, not going anywhere. Which is what I wanted. The level of annoyance is noticeable but not enough to make me want to switch back, given the benefits.
