We were recently contacted by one of our valued customers who wanted to share his experience regarding the effectiveness of the LITELOK X1 in safeguarding his prized possession, an e28 Estarli e-bike. This incident not only underscores the reliability of our security solutions but also highlights the lengths to which thieves will go to steal valuable bikes.
According to our customer, he had securely locked his e-bike using both the LITELOK X1 and a cable lock on the front wheel. While the cable lock was unfortunately cut through with a very clean and precise cut, the thieves found themselves thwarted when they encountered the robust design of the LITELOK X1. Despite their attempts, they were unable to breach the security of the X1, which ultimately saved his bike from being stolen.
